Forced expulsion to Egypt would violate the Geneva Convention IV (Article 49), the Rome Statute (Articles 7 and 8), the UN Charter and ICCPR (Article 1), the International Convention on Apartheid, and Geneva Convention IV (Article 33) by constituting prohibited forced displacement, a war crime, a crime against humanity, a breach of self-determination, and collective punishment.
